Isn't May a most beautiful month? Down here, I am making progress in cleaning up this property for the summer season. Still much to do, don't get me wrong, but much has been done. This time of year, bees are frantic and delirious in what is unfolding, daily. Hens & roosters are in their mating mode, new chicks coming along, such as we witnessed, for years. Pictured above, painted in acrylic on a wooden shingle, is a beauty, "My Golden Fluff Ball," as she impressed me at the time.
