Mid-November, Arrival of HolyDay Season

Last week, we honored our Veterans

"Battle Hymn of the Republic" one of several popular last week

Dear Friends Old and New,
Last week, while my Operating System became officially obsolete and the practicalities of every day Internet use fell into a black hole, I made an effort to honor our Veterans. For the most part, using other devices, this was workable. Am so glad to be back on-line and in a normal mode and humor, today! Thank you for your patience.
Cold weather, in the meantime, has arrived here in Southern New England. Frost has claimed our gardens. I have a lot of work to do to prepare for next spring. One honey-bee hive here, once a rollicking, wonderful, productive hive, perished over this past week. I have to go into the hive to make sense of what happened. Prepping for winter is a busy time of year, is it not?
And now, the HolyDay Season has arrived!
So! Have you begun your shopping yet? If so, you may wish to examine my Beach Poster GalleryNew JerseyLong IslandFloridaChesapeake Bay, and California. These screen-printed images make great gifts. Each poster includes actual sand gathered by yours truly from the beaches of that particular locality then adhered to the poster, itself; a very unusual poster and excellent gift idea at any time of year. I will sign your print before shipping. Note, the Rhode Island Beach Poster sold thru two printings and is regrettably, no longer available. It was nice to see two prints in a location out on Long Island, this past weekend. Looked great!
If, when purchasing a print, custom-ordering your matte and frame is important to you, selections from any of my galleries will encourage you to experiment with various styles so you are very happy when the work arrives at your door. Check out selections from my Photo Gallery, or perhaps Painting Gallery. As you will see--when customizing, pick a gloss paper or matte, perhaps a metal (Aluminum) or acrylic-- even a canvas wrap. Then choose a preferred size. Sizes vary with the selection and depend on the quality of digital image resolution. Add a matte and frame of your liking; many to choose from. Include a framing device so that your work will arrive snappy and buttoned-up, ready to hang. Take advantage of the special framing features on this website! These features add excitement to the print-buying experience.
Art prints arrive excellently packaged, in buttoned-up condition, ready to hang. Money back guarantee...if not completely satisfied. Stick with it. Experiment...see what is possible. Your time will be worth it. If you are lucky, you will receive your print in week or ten days-- notwithstanding (still present) Covid-related production and shipping bottlenecks.
By the way...have you ever purchased an art print? As the month of November begins to call attention to the season, give it a try.
Brand your Americana posters: If, in the spirit of the times, you like the idea of a patriotic poster, one that attempts to capture something critical about the essence of our Republic--and if you own a small business, large business, or captain a non-profit organization-- and would like to make branded posters available to your staff, employees and customers, I would be pleased to add your organization's logo discretely in the lower right hand corner...when you place your order. Contact me to discuss. We can plan to do this in the next week, or two. Time is getting short.
Here are other categories, themes, mediums...prints of which you may find helpful, especially as the season of gift-giving approaches:

Another casualty of the past week...Daylight Savings Time. We're moving into the dark mode, now. December 21 is something akin to a religious holiday around here...the shortest day of the year. Another day to celebrate!

AS we move into the final weeks of Fall, 2021, may Peace and beauty of a sort that comes only with the Fall...find its way into my life and yours.
