The season in which summer tools get put away, we lose daylight savings time, the furnace comes on, the leaves turn colors and fall, animals hustle to gather in the last of what they will need over the course of the winter-- the season of apples, pies, warm cider and rum...winter prep has arrived. I'm glad to report some progress being made on all these fronts.
